The New Girl Guide Membership System
Ghana Girl Guides has introduced a new membership system to aid easy membership registration and to ensure regular dues payment. Starting from 19th January, 2022 all members (individuals and institutions) would be required to register, renew or upgrade their membership levels using the membership portal available on the website.
Registration for individuals is at a cost of GHC 50.00 with an annual dues payment of GHC 35.00 (Rangers-Adult Leaders). Group/Institutional Registration is at a cost of GHC100.00 with an annual renewable fee of GHC 50.00. Institutions can register their individual members after successful membership account registration.

Kindly follow the steps listed below to create your membership account.
- Log on to ghanagirlguides.org/register
- Select either Individual or Group registration
- Fill in the form provided & click on submit
- Select your Guide Group with respect to your age/institution
- Proceed to make payments to activate your account
- Check your email for a confirmation message.
NB: Kindly skip steps 4&5 and contact the Membership Commissioner if you have already paid your registration fee or dues for your account to be activated. You may also use the live chat box available on the website for any assistance.
Confirmation
After successful registration, please confirm your membership level and account status on your profile as indicated below by clicking on “profile” in the menu section.
- The section highlighted in blue indicates your current membership level or guide group.
- Billing (indicated in the green box) indicates your cost at the beginning of your registration a well as the amount for your annual dues payment.
- Expiration (indicated in the red box) indicates the exact date at which your membership will expire.
Annual Renewals/Dues Payment
For annual renewals/dues payments, you can renew your membership or upgrade your level by clicking on “renew” (as highlighted in the red box below) on your profile. Locate renew under “My Memberships” after your membership level has expired to renew/pay dues.
