Staff Training and Assessment at Ghana Girl Guides Association

On January 5, 2024, the Ghana Girl Guides Association (GGGA) embarked on a journey of professional development and growth with a comprehensive Staff Training and Assessment session. Held at the National Headquarters, the training brought together all staff members of the association for a day dedicated to honing skills, fostering teamwork, and upholding the highest standards of excellence.

Facilitated by the esteemed Mrs. Scortia Addai, a seasoned professional in Human Resource Management and a proud Girl Guide, the training delved into various facets of personal and professional development. Through engaging and interactive sessions, participants explored essential topics such as professionalism, work ethics, effective communication, emotional intelligence, pro-activeness, and adherence to the GGGA Employee Policy.

The training underscored the importance of professionalism in all aspects of work, emphasizing the need for integrity, accountability, and dedication to duty. Through practical examples and case studies, staff members gained insights into maintaining high standards of conduct and delivering excellence in their respective roles. Communication lies at the heart of successful collaboration and teamwork.
