Ghana Girl Guides Association Enrolls New Members at Mary Mount International School

Last Friday, 19th January, 2024 in a vibrant ceremony, the Ghana Girl Guides Association added a touch of inspiration to Mary Mount International School as the National Trainer, Mrs. Stephanie Ayariga took center stage to conduct a significant enrollment of sixty new members into the association.

Present were the Principal of Mary Mount International School – Prince Ebenezer Quaye, the Vice Principal – Margaret Akyea, Assistant Director – Diana Pearl Noi, Reverend Father Mark Nana Yaw Asare, Adult Leaders;  Racheal Yaa Sackitey, Bridget Bart-Bartimeus and Tweneboah Koduah Samuel.

Among the sixty new members, fifteen Brownies and forty-five Girl Guides were officially welcomed into the fold. These bright-eyed youngsters, representing the future leaders of tomorrow, eagerly stepped into the world of Girl Guiding.

The National Trainer, with a wealth of experience and a passion for guiding, conducted the proceedings with grace and warmth. Each Brownie and Girl Guide took the Guide Promise and a pledge that signifies their dedication to the values of the association. The atmosphere was filled with excitement as the new members proudly received their enrollment pins/badges signifying their official induction. Adding a special touch to the occasion, Tweneboah Koduah Samuel, an esteemed adult leader from Mary Mount International School, joined the ranks of the Ghana Girl Guides Association. His commitment to the development of the students and the ideals of the association exemplifies the spirit of community and leadership.
