YESS Girls 2023 present menstrual products to Ghana Girl Guides Association

The YESS Participants 2023 to Ghana together with the Senior YESS Country Coordinator, Sylvia Nicole Eshun have donated some menstrual products to the association. The presentation which took place at the National Training Centre, Achimota – Accra on 19th July, 2023, would support the association to facilitate the Menstrual Hygiene Management Project. The YESS Volunteers from Kenya, Nepal and Madagascar, as they end their volunteerism in Ghana this week, shared their experiences during their community guiding and highlighted some of the key challenges faced by these communities which influenced their choice of products for this donation.

They also indicated that the donated items to be sent to New Fountain in Aburi and New Ningo communities. The projects and programs manager for the association received the products and thanked the YESS participants for their kind gesture.
